Examine a wide variety of concepts to support being the best coach or leader you can be.  This course explores life and career business matters relating to cultivating and maintaining personal and professional relationships. It focuses on:

 

Introduction to coaching profession and its effect on the work environment

 

Personal Development in coaching, leadership and professional skills.

Course Objectives

Leader as a COACH invites self-exploration and self-development in areas that are important to your clients, coachees, co-worker, and staff. By strengthening your Personal and Prefossional Foundation, you can serve as role model for those who are working toward self-improvement goals.

 

Entry Requirements

No Entry requirements needed for attending this program. 

 

Accreditation 

Leader as a COACH Certificate gives 12 hours of the 65 needed to apply for the International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation at Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) level. When combined with the Certified Professional Coach Program CPCP this provides 76.5 Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) and completes the training requirement for the ACC level.
