 The world of Coaching / Mentoring has recognized that ongoing supervision as a coach / mentor is an essential part of your practice to support and educate you at varying stages of development in order to facilitate your ethical practice and ongoing progression as a mentor.









EMCC Definition of Supervision


  Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach / mentors brings their coaching / mentoring work experiences to a supervisor in order to be supported and to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach / mentors, clients and their organizations.

  The coach mentor  supervision program contain monthly group and individual meetings, live & zoom to support the      participants in refining their coaching / mentoring skills.
