Coaching

ICF offers globally recognized, independent credentialing programs. An ICF Credential is awarded to professional coaches who have fulfilled rigorous education and experience requirements and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in coaching. To be eligible for an ICF Credential, a coach must complete coach-specific training; achieve a designated number of coaching experience hours; partner with a certified Mentor Coach; and demonstrate an appropriate understanding and mastery of the ICF definition of coaching, Code of Ethics and Core Coaching Competencies. Mashar has been accredited as approved coach training provider since 2013 from International Coach Federation ICF the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession. Mashar is the first and only company who create and develop the coaching program that applied to Kuwait’s organisations culture. The program has been updated and renewed 2 times since 2013.

Mentoring

EMCC offers globally recognized, independent credentialing programs. An EMCC Credential is awarded to professional coaches and mentors who have fulfilled rigorous education and experience requirements and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in coaching and mentoring. To be eligible for an EMCC Credential, a coach / mentor must complete coach-specific training; achieve a designated number of coaching / mentoring experience hours; partner with a certified Supervisor; and demonstrate an appropriate understanding and mastery of the EMCC definition of coaching/ mentoring, Code of Ethics and EMCC Core Competencies.
Mashar has been accredited as approved mentor training provider since 2019 from European Mentoring and Coaching Consul EMCC. Mashar developed mentoring program in two levels – Foundation and Practitioner -to fulfill the needs of Kuwait’s organisations in developing new generations and transfer knowledge as ROI. Mashar is also: Licensed by the Persona Global as Certified Partner since 2008
